Have you heard of the Paleo Diet? Many gluten-free/dairy-free recipes happen to be paleo, or even Vegan!
We hope to make recipes which are accessible to people with multiple intolerances, or who have some sort of restricting life-changing diet whether it's low sodium, low-fat, or low-sugar. We also tend to keep the "normal" versions available, because we make stuff that taste GOOD whether we're using allergy-free ingredients or not. We don't discriminate.
